Spotlight on: The Eurydice Network
|
As we look to strengthen our international partnerships, it is essential to highlight the resources that drive European educational policy. Eurydice is a vital network consisting of 43 National Units that provide the "big picture" of education across Europe. What they do:Analyze Education Systems: They provide in-depth data and comparative analyses of how different countries structure learning.Drive Policy: By publishing national system descriptions and comparative studies on critical topics, Eurydice provides the evidence base for modern policy-making.Visualize Data: They transform complex issues into clear visuals and data sets, making it easier for researchers and educators to track European trends.
Each National Unit is appointed by its respective public authority, typically the Ministry of Education, ensuring that the insights provided are both authoritative and comprehensive. For ATEE members, Eurydice is an indispensable tool for understanding the shifting landscape of teacher education and policy across the continent.Do you want to discover the key features of the education system in your country or in one of the 27 Member States, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Switzerland, Türkiye and Ukraine?
