EFEE Peer Learning Activity
|
The second Peer Learning Activity (PLA) of the TeachProgress project will take place in Helsinki, Finland, on 11–12 November 2025. Following a vibrant and thought-provoking first PLA in Istanbul—where we explored leadership-oriented career opportunities for teachers—we're continuing the conversation. This time, the focus will be on good practices in teacher career progression frameworks and incentive systems. Due to strong interest, most reimbursement-funded places have already been filled. However, self-funded participants are very welcome to join us and contribute to the dialogue.
