50 Years of ATEE: Bridging History and Innovation in Science and Mathematics Education
We are proud to begin the ATEE 50th Anniversary celebrations with a special webinar on February 25th at 6:00 PM CET.
This session offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the evolution of teacher education through the lens of one of our long-standing members. We are honored to feature Elizabeth Oldham, a member of ATEE since 1981, who will examine the profound shifts in science and mathematics education over the last half-century.
Bridging this history with modern innovation, Lorraine Harbison will present the ATEE-supported project Mathscify, which is developing an innovative multilingual assessment tool for teachers and students.
To conclude, Laurinda Leite will introduce the upcoming Winter Conference at the University of Minho in Braga, setting the stage for the next chapter.
